My name is Claire and I am a Nationally Recognised Remedial Massage Therapist & Reiki Practitioner.

Since first being introduced to holistic healing about 10 years ago I have begun to discover how important it is to aim for a more enriched and balanced way of living.
Often in today's world we are under so much pressure to get everything done and to keep up with the fast pace of an ever changing society. Whether it be work commitments, family or our social calendar, we often do not allow time to stop and breathe and take care of that one person - ourselves.
Instead we push our bodies to the extreme and the results of this are often seen when our body starts to ache or seize up. Our minds go into overdrive with too many things to remember, our emotions get out of control or fatigue sets in.
So, with a busy lifestyle myself and interests in Reiki, Massage, Meditation and Yoga, I would like to share an important lesson. That making time to take care of yourself in both mind, body and spirit is so important.
